Lora Hart manages to land a job in a hospital as a trainee nurse. Upon completion of her training she goes to work as a night nurse for two small children who seem to be very sick, but something much more sinister is going on.。本片延续前作故事脉络，讲述男儿王夜店因新冠疫情陷入经营危机，主角曹启明（李国煌饰）在家庭关系紧张的困境中，带领变装皇后团队远赴泰国参加国际变装皇后大赛，试图挽救夜店并修复父子亲情。。
