故事讲述大同府着名银号福来钱庄，内储黄金逾百万两，使各方贼寇垂涎。独脚大盗滕奇影(罗烈饰)本欲邀钱庄护院文礼贤(陈骏饰)合谋，将钱庄金银据为己有，但文严拒；滕转向白氏姊妹玉燕(凌波饰)及玉莺(汪萍饰)着手，共襄劫金大举……。Two places are in focus in this soap. First of all the hospital clinic run by Göran Fridell, a doctor who can not take advice from others, including his wife Ingrid, who also works at the hospital.
