该剧讲述了抗日战争末至解放战争初，公安部特别行动组被派到江城执行任务，与敌特间斗智斗勇的故事。。蓝靖为一富家独生子，缺少家庭温暖，常独来独往。一晚，他结识一群游手好闲的青年人，并成为同伙，一起出入赌场，频频惹事。靖亦有意将他们带回正途，谁知好事多磨，发生一场血腥的打斗，靖和美得以幸免。。A rash of bizarre murders in New York City seems to point to a group of grotesquely deformed vagrants living in the sewers. A courageous policeman, a photo journalist and his girlfriend, and a nutty bum, who seems to know a lot about the creatures, band together to try and determine what the creatures are and how to stop them.。
