Vertical Entertainment取得娜塔莉·多默尔、艾德·斯克林主演影片[黑暗之中](In Darkness，暂译)的北美发行权，该片由安东尼·拜恩执导。该片讲述盲人女孩索菲亚(多默尔饰)偶然听到楼上有打斗之声。实际上楼上的维罗尼卡已遭人陷害。而索菲亚也无故卷入一场黑暗事件中。该片预计今年5月北美上映。。海洋生物学家Skylar Shane高金聘用了一个海外“船长”，杰克。希望他可以帮助自己去北苏门答腊岛找寻史前生命的印迹。一路随行的还有杰克船长的其他的所谓的“朋友”。在路上，遇到了一个男孩，Tamal是一个被他叔叔一直扣押着做奴隶的孤儿，他乞求Skylar Shane可以带着他一起去，她看到Tamal总会让她想到自己失踪的女儿Rebecca，于是她决定带着男孩一起。。Nikolaï was abandoned at birth and has been in foster care ever since.
