一名成功的画家，婚姻濒临破碎，自己也对久居巴黎的城市生活深感厌倦。心力交瘁之际他回到了远离巴黎的农村——那里是他度过童年的地方。母亲遗留下来的老房子已经被野生林木包围，于是画家登出启事寻找一位园丁为自己打理花园，顺便种植一些“真正”的蔬菜。巧合的是招聘来的老园丁竟是自己幼时的同学，两位年过半百的老人之间，由此开始了一场温暖而充实的对话……。Somewhere in Myanmar is a forest rich in amber and controlled by the Kachin Independence Army (KIA). Most of its inhabitants work in a mine, digging the earth night and days in the hope of finding the precious ore that will get them out of poverty. But on top of the excruciating hardship of the work, they also have to fear an attack from the army.。
