The film identifies the most problematic areas of the current mainstream health care system and offers solutions in the form of fully developed alternative health care plans.。住在东京某公园附近的大学生吉永纯（桥本爱 饰）遇到了突然造访的高中生木下春（永野芽郁 饰），小春要在附近寻找已故父亲的前女友佐知子。两人在寻找的过程中，碰到了佐知子的孙子时雄（染谷将太 饰），他们在佐知子的遗物中发现了一个开盘式磁带，磁带记录了数十年前小春父亲与佐知子曾经的歌声，却在中途断了。因此，三位年轻人尝试去复原这首曲子。电影通过音乐，将不同时代的人们连接起来，所呈现的日式温馨一如既往的动人。。
