Without moral judgment, it probes the boundaries of human behavior and the lengths to which people can be driven for love and self-preservation.。2022年，在内影集团领导的大力支持下，内影食堂就要开业了，食堂人员初步设定经理、厨师、杂工和服务员各一名。经理石恩雅热情大方，能力出众，在餐饮方面想法独特；厨师孟廷堂做饭水平一流，但性格火爆，爱和职工斗嘴；杂工唐彩霞朴实能干，说话风趣幽默；服务员孙思颖热爱电影事业，爱屋及乌就来到了内影食堂做起了影视工作者的后勤保障工作，尽管他们四个人性格各异，但对餐饮业都有一份执念。经过不断的磨合调整，内影食堂的事业稳步提升，经理石恩雅、厨师孟廷堂、杂工包美丽、服务员孙思颖都在各自的工作岗位上找到了归属感和人生价值。。
