Kol is an evil guy about to be executed on a distant spaceship. He manages to escape on a shuttle and make his way to some woods in America. Kol meets up with some teens and Ward Armstrong and together they all try not to get killed by the pursuing Woman of Death - The Alienator.。実在の暴走族グループ「スペクター」を題材に、実録ものや漫画原作で知られる作家・上之二郎が著したドキュメント風フィクション『暴走戦国史』。そのOVA化。 1970年代初頭。一人の男が、関東に群れなしていたカミナリ族やサーキット族を統一した。その男こそ、弱冠17歳で暴走族「スペクター」の初代リーダーとなった島田英治だった。だが多くの抗争を経て島田は少年院に送られ、スペクターの統治は二代目リーダー・加賀美に託される。その頃の関東は、すでに暴走族の戦国時代。やがてスペクターと対抗する神奈川の暴走族たちとの戦いは、伝説の「七里ヶ浜事件」へと突入し……。。故事将讲述阿宝在古代中国的进一步冒险经历，他对功夫的热爱，只有永不满足的胃口能与之匹敌。阿宝试图找到一个新的角色来接替神龙大侠。新反派名叫“变色龙”，可以召唤阿宝过去的反派。。
