Heavily influenced by the ghostly series THE KINGDOM, the sleepwalker Karen seeks answers to the unresolved questions of the series in order to save the hospital from doom. Sound asleep one night, Karen wanders into the darkness and inexplicably ends up in front of the hospital. The gate to the Kingdom is opening once more…。萧家老妈洪宝钻有三个儿女，佩珍国鹏（秦锦丰）与佩珠，因儿女们各自忙碌，无暇陪老妈，甚至佳节来临也无法回家吃晚饭。宝钻表面豪不介意，其实内心渴望能常一家聚天伦。一日，宝钻在办年货时遇另一孤独老头何天光，因对方脾气古怪而难以忍受。谁知后来天光却向宝钻的儿女晓以大义，使他们明白妈妈心中的寂寞……。
