A woman gets an opportunity to save the life of a 12-year old boy who witnessed a death during a thunderstorm which happened 25 years ago, by getting connected through the television set during a similar storm in the present。12岁的牧区少年别克听说曾经来新疆帮助牧民脱贫致富的骆驼爷爷生病了，执拗的别克相信，喝了新鲜的白驼奶，骆驼爷爷的病就会好，于是躲开大人的围追堵截，牵着一对白驼母子，到几千公里外的成都去找骆驼爷爷，沿途遇到了很多人，发生了很多惊险有趣的故事。。
