Thus, cartouche attracts the people's sympathies, Venus's love, and hate from the Police an...。小新住的城市春日部，正进行着提倡善待地球的环保活动，小新也和大家一起开展捡垃圾活动。期间，小新偶然捡到了一瓶看似好味的饮料，于是他拿回家放在冰箱里。可是，他刚想喝的时候却发现爸爸和妈妈早把饮料喝完。然后，喝完饮料的爸爸和妈妈竟然都变成了动物！爸爸是鸡，妈妈是豹。小新的父母变成动物后就慢慢地不认识小新和小葵了。小新的朋友们以及春日部里好多人也因意外而变成了动物。在意识到必须采取行动后，小新与朋友们一起踏上了寻找并解救被抓走的父母及其他人的冒险之旅。在到达目的地后他们遇上了不少困难，小新与妈妈的母子亲情受到严峻考验！小新到底会怎么做......。
